Keeping of printing paper

Like other non printer, the good preservation and normal use of printing paper are closely related to print quality. Therefore, the following points should be paid attention to when using printing paper.

(1) Choose the right Chongqing printing paper

The printing paper used by spray printer can be ordinary printing paper, special paper or film. The paper standard should be selected when selecting the print paper of paperpass

① Good water absorption. Easy to dry. Can absorb ink in time after printing. If you use the printing paper which is not easy to absorb water and is not easy to collect, the printed paper is easy to be stained by hands or other objects.

② It is not easy to penetrate. Printing in water requires that the printing paper is not easy to penetrate

③ Not easy to produce paper powder. It is not easy to produce paper powder in the process of paper use, which may cause the glass pollution and block the cold.

Also) the paper is flat and even in texture. It is required that the paper surface should not be concave and convex, and the paper should be flat and even in texture. Otherwise, the printing quality will be complete.

(2) Keep the printer dry

Whether it is using Teton printing paper, special paper for single machine or film, check whether the printing paper is dry or not. The wet printing paper will lead to deformation of different programs, and it is easy to get dirty and affect the quality of the printer. Therefore, (3) make sure that every printing paper is clean

Before using the printing paper, please put it in a clean place to avoid dust or oil pollution. Do not dirty the surface of the printing paper by hand. Otherwise, it may change the color of the paper. It may also cause the inside water to spray or print

Selection of positive and negative sides of printing paper

Both ordinary printing paper and E-E special paper have different positive and negative sides. When printing, you should check in advance. Select the appropriate side as the printing side. If it is ordinary printing paper, try the printing effect of the two sides. Select the good side as the printing surface. If it is the special printing paper, select the coated side as the printing surface.

(5) Preservation of printed paper

The printed paper with inner juice should also be noted for preservation:

① Protect the printing paper from moisture. Because the printer paper well is not very water resistant. If it is wet by water, the printing surface is easy to be dirty.

② Protect the printed surface. Avoid touching the printing surface with hands or objects. It may cause damage to the printing surface

③ Reasonable choice of storage place. After printing, the printing paper must be kept in a proper place to avoid damaging the printing surface

Chongqing printing paper should be stored in the file cabinet. When storing the special printing paper, please do not roll up the special paper to prevent the coating from falling off. Also, do not put the special printing paper directly into the open folder or carton to prevent the color change of the printing paper

When the printed film is stored, it is not necessary to place the film directly in the center of the transparent document, so as to prevent the water from falling off. When printing the paper, it is necessary to note the dry image and keep it flat.
